Are you going to Expert Adviser?

Its being long but now I have realized that very few people around you always approached for suggestions and guidance. They are more practical and approachable.

These people are not from other planet but people believe them due to many reasons:

1. They seem to be better listeners.
2. They seem to be more understandable then others.
3. They are approachable and ready for help.
4. They have better success rate/ ratio than others.
5. They might have better financial background.
6. They might belongs to rich/ affluent family.
7. They might have beautiful wife or girl friend.etc

We should understand that all are as busy as you are but some don't show off that. you should solve your problems by yourself and approach others only when you stuck. If you will go frequently to your Expert Adviser then they will not give importance to you.

Promotion Announcements

Most of us takes promotion as game changer in a corporate world. If you get it then you think you are recognized else you are ignored by higher management. This is fairly true !!

I have faced many Promotion Announcements but not all the time you hear a Good News. So if you really think, you deserved it but your manager or management has really pissed you off then... whats next, if your name is not there in the list?? Suicide?? Immediate Resignation?? Alcohol??
